I Don't Think Plios Are a Silver Bullet for Hypertrophy
i definite don't think plios are any sort of silver bullet for hypertrophy. A, it seems like it would be way, way, way less stimulus than you'd get from really any form of resistance training. And just practically speaking, there's a pretty finite number of muscle groups that you can train effectively with plios. But i don't know that, personally, at least to me, hat that still seems like a stretch.
