What Is Kimche?

The first time i tried kimche, i hated it. I hate and thee smell was very strong. The taste is strong. It's totally different, thin american food. And i just count a thog ias, going to be sick. So what did i do? Im in corea, i woll just make myself just take one bite. Just one bite. Q, like, i don't have to like it. I'm just going to take one bite, and then i'm done. Eventually, actually fairly quickly, but it, no, i can't remember how much time, but eventually i started to, it was o ki, didn't hate it
