The way that we perceive things and the way that we act or behave are very closely related. If you're stuck in one way of perceiving or acting, it's hard to change either of them. Love and kindness meditation is a form of meditation focused on having positive thoughts and feelings. It can be quite difficult actually, especially if they have some kind of trauma background or difficult childhood.
