If you are a Republican, if you're a conservative, your priority is exploiting this vulnerability that the Democratic Party has with working class voters. He says once you take away London, that's where the left has had a really big problem with the realignment in England. "I think the fragmentation of the UK is going to remain very visible for the next few years and decades," he says.
