Why Aren't We Seeing Record Rates of Quitting?

Unemployment at a 50 year low and wages outstripping inflation for those at the bottom end of income distribution. Why is this unique, that the media is doing so much reporting on a, as they call it, a terrible economy? Cesgo: It's unusual. I mean, i think they've really decided to paint the terrible economy story, and this is fairly earned.
