The Power of Constant Evolution

I want to always lend a hand to someone who feels stagnant, but there's also a cycle and pattern within that where you have to let people sort of follow their their way without any aid. I'm excited to kind of like carry on to see where these kind of conversations go with us in the future. But a really great example that I'm kind of want to end the conversation with today, it was like understanding that flow state. It's almost like as a child, remember when you would like spin around in a circle. And it it's almost like timeless. We're looking at these, these cycles and patterns, even with the moon, of like staying in that completely unfolding bloss
