Is This Really Information Warfare?

CNN's John Defterios: The way the whole thing was choreographed, it really has all the marks of being an information operation. He says FBI went to these companies and started setting the conditions before this story came out. Now we don't even see what's at least I could say, some civilian that's not running for office could say, you know, Jocko is just some rich guy throwing his money and putting it all the time.
