How to Hire a Good Team Member

The work from home crowd is still there, even if they're local. We want to make sure it's a good company culture fit. Hire somebody who is already doing the job. They think the same way. So I'm looking for all this sort of skill sets. We'll send them to an application once they apply. And then in the application process, we're putting all sorts of little questions in there that are designed to filter them out. Everybody should be filtered out. That way the only people making it through are the right people. Like we've made our own mistakes and what we would do now as we wrap up these interviews.
