The Rotational Canematic Sequence
In the rotational canematic sequence, there are two specific things that we should be paying attention to. We want to have the pelvis transition first, followed by the rib cage. And that gives us a stretch at the core. The x factor stretch allows you to fire your rib cage much more powerfully due to a function of muscle called the stretch shortend cycle.
