Is There a Need for Agility in the Environment?

Government might need to change that environment in order for businesses and companies to be able to innovate the way we need. Or is that expecting too much from the governments and the regulators? No, not at all. On the contrary, i think we need have agility. We're seeing it in different parts of the world in different ways, right? And so when it comes to climate related kinds of energy markets, we see in europe lots of interesting experiments with auctions or government fund adventure capitalists.
