Is Intrathecal Fentanyl a Good Adjuvant for Spinal Surgery?
I think one adjuvant for spinal or epidural, it's very important, and so it's amazing that in the academic centers, everybody uses fentanyl. Only 22% of patients got intrathecal fentanyl versus herring delivery. So I was using 10 mics, I saw a good systematic review that advocated for a larger dose. Now we're using 15 mics. And we're going to study that and see what kind of effect it had.
