The Importance of Making Mistakes

Impressive, like we were talking about earlier, comes in with an air of not having made mistakes or being able to avoid mistakes. Mistakes are unavoidable but if we've experienced enough mistakes in our history, we can help people avoid those same mistakes as they run their business. The print-out principle absolutely applies. If you can't explain why the business is going to be successful in 10 lines or less, the business is either too complicated or more complicated than the business. And it's almost simple, not impressive.
