How to Make a Leash for a Dog
If the dog needs to potdy outside twice a day on the leash, fine, use the chain and then encourage the actual exercise to happen somewhere else. And then have indoor activities that the dog can do. There are a lot of different things you can do. I will say, i'm also not above simply removing the leash from the dog's mouth every single time they do it.
