In both countries, the united states is much lower on petty, grandtheft and speed money than in china. But they have roughly the same amount of excess money. One category of what i would consider corruption that you don't discuss in your book, is sometimes called technology transfers. This has been an ongoing point of contention between the two countries. I wouldn't consider that corruption, because when i say corruption, i am talking about political and bureaucratic corruption.
