The Biden Administration's Response to the Agreement

The agreement that was reached here goes far beyond a couple of submarines and a single set of technologies. There are three important points for the United States. First, we've always known that we are going to need partners. The Trump administration came to believe that the central organizational pillars post World War II were failing at that. It's not about Democrats or Republicans. It's about finding the place in the world for those of us who believe in basic human dignity, property rights.
