The High Life Foundation
When he started his business in 1986, it was when the HIV pandemic broke out. I noticed that being in the construction industry, a lot of my low-income workers were leaving young children. So I started a program to pay for the school fees of the children. He told his wife about this and she wanted to get involved so they set up High Life Foundation. The foundation has since sent 250,000 kids to school around the world - including 50 or 60 US students at any one time.
