Do Monopoly Exist in a Free Market?

There will be monopolies in a free market, but i think that's fine. If someone can break that monopoly then by offering a better product or being more efficient they'll break it. My bigger issue is when you see things that closely resemble monopolies like crogernd in america right now. It's an oligopoly where the government strict regulation over how food is handled has essentially allowed ti to develop.
