I Never Learned How to Play Basketball With Compression Pants
I would love to now like play with compression pants. I never did. Like that was something I later adopted in lifting to get strong, but I'd already stopped playing basketball. It's somewhat of a mystery as to why exercises like barbell squats or deadlifts or head presses are still favored by a majority of strength athletes. Free weights provide more stability because it's free and teaches the CNS to fire more effectively.
