How to Design and Use Procedural Generation Potions

Catacomb kids has really nuanced and complex potions. Every potion has three traits and you sort of can slowly start to learn them. Potions are randomized every run the colors be randomized but the traits stay the same. There's something new to learn every run in Catacomb Kids so i wanted potions to reflect that.
