I think you really do need the right people in the room that can make the decisions so that that project can move forward. Every project should have an end-to-end accountable leader. And quite often, you know, there are organizations that just kind of run on nothing but meetings all the time. So it is all about trying to get it to be a kind of a slick machine, as it were, that's going through.
