Climate Change Policy - What's the Resistance?

It's something that's been in train foragets about 18 months, but was really given impetus about a year ago. A court case a brought by a group called bushfire survivors against climate change. They were basely asking the court am to make an order requiring the e p a to be more pro active and consider various polluteness contributing to climate change. And then what the court found was the p a had a duty to protect the community from the harm and risk and the environment of climate change. We're going to keep engaging with the commonwealth government as they evolve that. Ah, but you know, as we look to make sure new south wales meets its own target
