My Favorite Workout Split

I like to put at least one if not two days in between those and then I like to supplement on top of those base workouts with some additional upper body work or maybe lower body work. My favorite workout split does depend on what I am trying to do if I'm trying to progress more or less equally. If I wanted to focus on just one or two major muscle groups and if it's One, it's gonna be a big one.
