Can a Work Week With Reduced Work Hours Work in India?
India is one of the top five countries with longest working weeks where employees work up to 48 hours. Most companies in our country tend to work six days a week. I feel while the idea of four-day work week may sound appealing to many employees, it's important to note that it may not be feasible for all industries and companies. While it is simple to implement in corporate offices, it may be difficult to implement in healthcare and manufacturing units.
