The Importance of Partnership in Loyalty
I love to see the technology coming out of Ireland and supporting the global loyalty industry. The fact that we are such a small country actually gives us the benefit of understanding the value of maintaining those relationships with people. I think one thing I'm seeing quite a lot is the best conversations that I'm having with airlines and retailers are the ones that recognize that we can't do it all ourselves. Partnership is key. Utilizing technology that you can actually utilize some of your data and create those rich experiences for your customers. That's where all the fun is happening. So thanks so much for championing this for us.
