Matt Hancock's WhatsApp's Are 3.9 War and Pieces
The telegraph has obtained thousands of WhatsApp messages that were sent and received by Matt Hancock, who was the health secretary for England. The messages comprise 2.3 million words - three times as many words as there are in the King James Bible. We thought we'd come up with some newscast equivalents, so War and Peace is 587,287 words. Prince Harry's memoir, Spare, is 150,000 words, so it's 15.3 spares. That's a lot of messages, but then it was a very busy time and it means we're going to have a very busy newscast.
