For Ukrainians, it's a highly personal thing. They've already lost a lot of people there. I just don't think they're there yet. This is sort of a predictable flow where now both sides are likely gearing up for more offensive actions in like a month or two. But we'll see this kind of stabilization of the lines outside of a few places for the time being," he says.
