The Importance of Space in Life
In your book, you say space does not mean meditation and mindfulness. Space is anything that helps us to stop, reflect, and regenerate. We shouldn't have to justify rest exactly what time in community from an economic perspective. The research is quite clear that those who make space in their life who aren't constantly overusing digital technology are actually more productive than people who don't unplug regularly.
