The Bro Country Movement

Luke Bryan is part of what has been dubbed the bro country movement. The term fits because it's just songs about trucks and drinking and fishing. But with all these like weird little rap and hip hop type influences mixed in, it's hard to call us bro country. Steve Earl once called bro country hip hop for people who are afraid of black people.
