You make your first impression not when you open your mouth, but when you become a blip on people's radar. We do that even more subconsciously if we're hunched over or looking at the ground. So one of the drills and exercises that i actually give is i give a body language drill. If you can stand upright now, straighten up, shoulders back, chest up, smile on your face. This is your first impression. And what happens when that happens is people start to treat you differently because you look different. That's when you don't have to think about confident physiology any more.
