Is There a Disabilities Day?
I imagine that you would have been involved in a lot of different kinds of events around this day over the years. And what have you observed about the way that people tend to kind of use this event? It's one of those days where people will throw a morning tea or an organization might dig out the one person that works with them, that has a disability and showcase them on social media. A lot of the time it can feel really tokenistic.
