The Legacy of President Wilson
Wilson signed a treaty that turned Nicaragua into basically a protectorate and occupied it with US soldiers throughout his presidency. He presided over the massacre of innocents throughout Central and South America through various occupations. It's the sedition and espionage acts that is that are his legacy.
