What Kind of OCD Do You Have?
At the age of eight in 2016 I started experiencing this relationship OCD. It was such a struggle to even tolerate myself on a day-to-day basis so I assumed I was a terrible person and didn't want to be with my husband anymore. "Because of that I thought I was undeserving of anything good" So when the thoughts got pretty intense I as you can imagine I was not hungry because I was just so disgusted with myself and the thoughts I was havingSo I wasn't eating much and then I started running every night four miles and it quickly turned into I was eating less than 300 calories a day running every nightI would exercise at any point I could on breaks on lunch breaks
