I think Tabitha Brown is an incredible example because of how much she's permeated the zeitgeist. And it just shows that like there is an audience. It's also like, hey, all you gatekeepers just get out of the way. I used to do focus groups before I was in TV. They essentially pick up a pilot or not based on a bunch of people in Arizona. We signed it for a focus group test who needed $50 real quick. By the way, focus groups are literally methods, not even joking.
