What Is This Kind of Mirroring in the Brain?
Empathy is this kind of emotional resonance. You don't feel cognitive person's pain, but you can sort of cognitively understand it. We have resinence in pain networks where we feel the pain of other people in our own areas that process our own pain. So if you see a spider crawling on someone's skin, you actually feel it a little bit in your own skin. Those are miro neurons. Mirror neurons are particular for action processing.
