Today's AMA episode is close to my heart as we dive deep into addiction and addiction recovery – a journey, as you well know, that I'm intimately familiar with. We unpack the complexities of addiction, which I define as a condition where we persist in harmful behaviors despite being fully aware of the negative impacts on our lives and those we love.
