Denial Is a Healthy Way to Go
Loss is like losing a part of yourself. It takes the good that you felt with them and removes it. Loss sometimes gets replaced with sadness and other emotional pain. I look at loss as a full heart that becomes half full, but it feels empty. And i'm going to be a pacing this a little slower than normal. So let's get into some of the stuff that we're ing to talk about to day.
