The Importance of Diversity in Product Development

One of the things that you and I talked about is the sense of diversity and inclusion in building products. And especially for someone like Facebook, Med up, oops,. Med up, you have right, 3 billion users around the world. So it's critical that teams are diverse. It takes a very cross-functional team to build something. That includes PMs, engineers, but also designers, data analysts, local people in region. We've had women who have been in our product program and gone on to actually be CEOs of other companies.
