What Is the Best Technology for This Challenge?

Cloer is an open-source text editor for the web. It was developed by a team of around 10 people, with help from other members of the cilogia community. Cloer can be used to create any type of document or app and has its own set of features that are not available on all platforms at once. The project will go live later this year as part of Google I/O developer conference in San Francisco.
