I don't know how I do it. It's one of those beautiful things of life like that. Like, I'm just sad about something, I'll go into the studio, some chords play and I feel. And then I open my mouth and I close my eyes and then all of a sudden something that wasn't there is there now. You just never know what kind of pain is going to make you grow to the point that it's going to accelerate your next chapter. What advice would you give them? Try everything. But this is in life in general, like just find what you love and then drown in it.
