How to Compartmentalize Your Work Without Breaking the Whole Thing

Troy Kanban: The challenge that I have, especially with the portfolio, a combo on is like operational type work. It's got a different funding model than capitalizable work. Also it completely screws with your WIP limits because if you've got this bucket of operational support work,. So when clients throw those at you to like, what's the easiest way to kind of compartmentalize that work without breaking the whole thing? Scrum or Kanban: Is everybody busy? Are we cranking out big rocks and getting those things done? And I think that's where the power in the portfolio comes from.
