Working Remotely - How Did You Find That Transition?
I was used to working really hard, and i was actually working very hard at the job i was at. I think that being young and then being used to the intensity of the bank helped me do that. And what was really energizing was being able to just go to new places. What i learned later on is when you move too fast, you don't have time to build relationships in a city so you get a more superficial view. We are flying in the middle of the week sometimes, trying to balance work in all kinds of ays.
