I have periods when I feel as indestructible as a horny Balrog. But the ups and downs are less intense and manageable. In between I nurture a cosmic serenity that makes me giggle like a hobbit. And Hermes laughs back at me because it's all so amazing. To say yes to one instant is to say yes to all of existence. So have a dialogue with your psyche. You are beautiful and you are just fine when you enter the image and into the truth. Of course, there are those who need heavier treatment for a while. Those who have been severely broken by the Archons. But hey, I survive brutal sexual and physical violence as a child
