Moroccan King Hassan stayed with the West during Cold War. Pan Am was about to buy an old military barracks that belonged to the French and build a luxury hotel. Unfortunately, this really angered people in the army when they discovered that most of the money from the sale would consist of a bung to King Hassan and his entourage.
