Is There a Balance Between Development and the Big Industrial Economy?

It just seems like what you see on all these is everybody comes in talking a good game, and then when you leave, it's not satisfactory at all. And that's a problem. I mean, why shouldn't they have the right to build their economy on cheap, false fuel energy if we don't have our act together? i think this is part of the wrangling right now. You're seeing a pretty hard line from india, because they want to see that assistance that they need in the form of financing and funds.
