When I had instructional design on my LinkedIn, that was one time in my life where I felt like recruiters would not stop reaching out to me. They were from healthcare facilities to a like trampoline company for, you know, the recreational trampoline companies. And so our main job is to identify what are the business problems and then we talk to subject matter experts to get that information to fill those gaps.
