Utilitarianism and Its Moral Distortion

utilitarianism is a kind of moral theory that both creates and sustains a number of really damaging distortions. And we argue in our book that this sort of really distorts the sense in which valuing always occurs within particular contexts. But also I wanted to say that part of the distortion of utilitarianism too, a second thing, is that it can't properly value the lives of humans and animals. So just people should read it for definitely the cow stories for sure.
