How to Make the Most of Your 22 Year Old Self

I've been a dedicated follower of your channels and podcasts for the past three years. I would love to hear thoughts on how I can make the most of this stage of my life. If you could go back in time and give advice to your 22 year old self, what would you say? There are only regrets or mistakes you would want to avoid or any changes to your mindset that you would suggest. The first thing that comes to mind is the importance of getting the fundamentals of your life right. That would be my number one piece of advice.
