The Second Amendment and the Second Amendment
The second amendment is an unusual part of the bill of rights because it has a preamble clause that's supposed to tell us about its purpose. The substance of the second amendment, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. There are two big questions about the second amendment: What exactly is included in that right? That's also a question about whose right it is. And even if there is a right, how much can the government regulate that right? After all, no constitutional rights absolute.
