The Importance of Meta-Analysis in Nutrition
One of the real problems in nutrition is there's so many meta-analyses that have been done. When a Meta-analysis is done poorly, then it creates more confusion because to really understand why we're seeing such a result you would have to go back through all those studies and say, oh, well, should we have included this? Why is this heterogeneity here? And it really becomes such an important issue for an analysis to be done correctly. So I guess one of the ways around this outcome which has lots of meta-an analyses always on the same topics or similar topics being produced is to look at cock-red reviews.
