The ceo role is the absolute hardest role. It is one that should be appropriately compensated. I've actually seen my co founder friends, within a matter of two or three years, go from a full like whatever the hair colour is, to like, all of a sudden they have a lot of gray hairs. And so at the same time, it's all so incredibly lonely,. During the early days, i would poke and i would prod and i would try to get a sense of how he's feeling...i understood from my prior experience how lonely i was.
